Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available in Germany and the countries listed below.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping Costs 
(including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany): 
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.
Orders over €150.00 qualify for free shipping.

International Deliveries:
We charge the following flat shipping fees for international deliveries:

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 days, and international deliveries take 5–7 days after contract conclusion (or after your payment instruction for advance payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
For self-collection, we will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. No shipping costs apply in this case.

Further Payment Details
By choosing SEPA Direct Debit, you authorise us via a SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the debit date. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
For credit card payments, your card will be charged when the goods are shipped.

Payment via Klarna Checkout
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Klarna Invoice: Payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are shipped and sent by email. The invoice terms can be found here.
  • Klarna Instalments: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95).   • Sofortüberweisung
  • Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)
  • Direct debit
